I'm Nauman. I build AI agents, automations, and the software around them.

At the moment I'm focused on voice and WhatsApp agents for small agencies, the kind that book the appointment, update the CRM, and pass the call to a person when they can't handle it.

Most of my work so far has been backends, CRMs and automations, built with FastAPI, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL and n8n.

If your agency sells AI receptionists and you're short on engineering time, I can take on the build or fix work. I work inside your accounts, and your clients don't hear from me.

Fix an agent that's misbehaving

Send me the agent and a few calls where it went wrong. I'll find where it breaks (prompt, tool call, webhook, calendar or CRM), fix it in your account, and write up what I changed.

How a first job usually goes

You send me a recording or transcript of a call that went wrong, and tell me which platform the agent runs on.
Within a day I reply with what I think is wrong and a fixed quote.
You give me access to the account it runs in (Retell, n8n or your CRM).
I fix it and send you a write-up of what I changed.

How I work with agencies

I work in your accounts, under your brand.
I never contact your clients unless you ask.
I won't solicit your clients during the work or for 12 months after.
You own what I build once it is paid.

Sales-intelligence platform

In production
A sales-intelligence platform for a B2B sales team, running on 26 n8n workflows in production. Leads are enriched through Apollo, and the AI research on each one is cross-checked between models before anything is written. The CRM is custom, built with Next.js and Supabase, and handles Gmail, calendar, calls and SMS.

Internal tool, one client
An AI-assisted estimating platform for electrical contractors. It's a multi-tenant SaaS built with FastAPI, React and PostgreSQL. One client uses it as an internal tool, and it has over 1,400 automated tests.

AI receptionist for a plumbing company

Since I can't show client work, I built this one in the open. You can call it or talk to it in your browser. It answers for Northside HVAC & Plumbing, a made-up company, checks a Google Calendar, books a two-hour visit, and adds you to a Google Sheet that stands in for a CRM. On the phone line, urgent calls go through to a person.
